Skin Matters has the latest state of the art MoleMax HD scanner, developed by the University of Vienna. As an added diagnostic tool, the MoleMax HD is used to scan pigmented lesions which are suspicious.
This machine has been shown to detect a number of early warning signs to assist diagnosis of malignant skin lesions. This technology allows detailed assessment of skin lesions and also allows a record of the lesion to be kept for future comparison thus minimising the need for surgery and resultant scarring.
